Overview

Position Responsible for support Commercial Manager to implement the strategy by Retailer and Chanel. Develop and execute the plan, sellin and sellout, aligning internal Marketing, Training, and field team departments to achieve commercial goals.

Job Responsibilities

Support sales strategy per Retail, identify growth opportunities and lead strategy to pursue them manage commercial annual budget.

Support JBP plan with Retails, following-up KPIs and proactively optimize and make necessary changes when necessary.

Build and maintain a strong client relationship allowing easier negotiations and long-term partnership, following the LVMH Ethics & Compliance policies.

Support the area to achieve revenue and flow targets for online and B&M channel.

Weekly and bi-weekly monitor results and proactively plan solutions to constantly improve performance.

Responsible for the planning forecast to ensure best fulfillment of inventory: analysis of stock needs and sell-in of products to maintain healthy stock in the portfolio, ensuring the introduction of launches and offers at the correct timing.

Weekly touchpoints with the sales team.

Support marketing activities.

Sales

Forecast turnover, and unit, based on historical sales, trade plan and commercial guidelines.

Ensure adequate stock coverage for all products through forecasting accuracy and quota management.

Suggest and maximize potential sales of all new product launches.

Analyze sell in and sell out information, developing an action plan when it is necessary.

Capable of prioritizing and handling multiple projects simultaneously under tight time constraints and within budget parameters.

Demonstrable expertise to manage different retailers' profile.

Excellent ability to influence others, encourage teamwork, and build strong internal and external relationships.

Self-started and Can-Do attitude to lead, develop and deliver the commercial agenda.

Data Driven mindset to show how the area impacts the business in short and medium term.

Able to prioritise work in a fast-changing environment.

Skills

Fluent Portuguese and advanced English mandatory.

At least 3 years in the Commercial Area.

Experience in online environment.

Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Knowledge of the Sephora ways of work will be a plus.

Advanced Excel and Power Point.

Sensitivity to Luxury goods.

Availability

Availability to travel punctually.

Team and Communication
