The Premium Hub CoE team is expanding and they are looking for a ALM Service Delivery Engineer to complete the team.

The CoE (Center of Expertise) is part of delivery teams of our Cloud Success Delivery Organization, being responsible to delivery Premium Engagement services for Key account customers in Latin America, covering SELECT portfolio with the following type of Engagements : MaxAttention, Active Attention and Value Assurance Package.

The person we are looking for have a strong knowledge of SAP Solutions and have the main goal to become a trusted advisor for the value realization, protection of investment and acceleration of innovation to Premium Engagement Customers, creating services plans and resolutions for escalated issues and be able to multi-task and manage a constant workload to support your team and customer requirements.

Premium Hub CoE (Center of Expertise) is part of the delivery teams of our Cloud Success Delivery Organization.

We are searching for an ALM Consultant for Premium Hub CoE ALM Latin America .

The position location will be in SAP Labs LA, focus of this team is on SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Solution Manager and SAP Signavio Transformation Suite.

The team is responsible to delivery Premium Engagement services for Key account customers in Latin America.

In Premium Hub CoE we follow the global team model designed to ensure efficient cross-region consistency and employee development quality of delivery customer expectations and overall satisfaction.

To meet the challenging requirements as ALM Consultant, you should be a quick learner with strong Leadership, analytical skills, be creative, open-minded and possess the ability to communicate and convince others of the current plan of action based on the technical and functional facts and details.

It will be your responsibility to mentor and act as the lead driver for critical situations and regular services delivery.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent work experience related to the technical qualifications required.
• Customer relationship experience.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

• Good Soft Skills, to perform presentations and demos for Customers.
• Team worker to collaborate with senior customer IT Managers.
• Ability to judge customer situations and projects regarding implementation success with reference to strategic support planning.
• Organized and efficient work-management style.
• Fast learner and self-starter, with a proactive attitude.

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATION

REQUIRED

• Understanding of Agile methodologies and processes.
• Knowledge and understanding of SAP Technologies architectures on Netweaver, such as S / 4HANA and ECC.
• English language : mandatory proficient spoken and written as we will be supporting customers in all Americas region including US and Canada.

PLUS

• Technical qualifications on SAP Solution Manager, SAP Cloud ALM, Tricentis Test Automation and / or SAP Signavio will give you a head start on the tasks.
• Experience with project implementation and operations.
• Intermediate Spanish would be a plus.
• Basic knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) or programming and development concepts is highly valued.
