Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement integrations between AI agents / LLMs / APIs and client systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, HRIS).
- Configure, fine-tune, and orchestrate AI agents and workflows using tools like n8n, Airflow, Zapier, Make, and custom pipelines.
- Assess client infrastructure, identify high-impact AI opportunities, and co-create implementation roadmaps with solution architects.
- Troubleshoot integration challenges, optimize latency and reliability, and implement robust error handling and recovery.
- Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security across all AI deployments with appropriate governance and monitoring.
- Collaborate with developers, consultants, and analysts; document solutions and enable client teams to operate and scale AI systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience integrating AI models, LLMs, or AI agents into production environments.
- Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, and system-to-system integrations.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python or JavaScript).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration tools (n8n, Airflow, Zapier, Make).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt solutions to diverse client systems.
- Familiarity with integrating enterprise platforms (CRM / ERP / HRIS) and implementing monitoring / observability for AI services.
- Experience working with AI LLMs and related tooling; willingness to learn Airia (training provided).
- Advanced fluency in English is required (written and verbal).
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience with RAG pipelines, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS), and prompt engineering.
- Knowledge of frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
- CI / CD for ML / AI services, Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform), and MLOps best practices.
- Security and compliance exposure (e.g., SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR) for data-handling workflows.
- Client-facing consulting experience and solution architecture exposure.
- Monitoring / alerting with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, or Datadog.
