A leading Internet company in Brazil is seeking a passionate recruiter to manage agency recruitment for a social app. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Portuguese, possess excellent communication skills, and have a sales-oriented mindset. Responsibilities include recruiting a significant number of hosts monthly and assisting with translations. This role offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic team focused on expanding the user base and developing engaging online services.

Qualificações

• At least one year of experience in agency recruitment or management of a social app.
• Reliable and loyal, with integrity and a goal-oriented approach.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for recruiting agencies and hosts (at least 200-300 hosts per month).
• Assist in the translation of events and product features (English to Portuguese).

Conhecimentos

Fluent in English

Job Requirements :

• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
• At least one year of experience in agency recruitment or management of a social app.
• Excellent communication skills, able to make friends with users.
• Sales-oriented mindset with patience.
• Enjoy using voice social apps, familiar with various features and gameplay.
• Reliable and loyal, with integrity and a goal-oriented approach.
