Hybrid: This position requires you to work on-site 3 times a week (Tue to Thu)

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

• People Management and Communication
  • Supervise and GMSA (GM South America) teams (5 contributor individuals)
  • Set direction and clear goals for the team
  • Provide candid and timely feedback to the team
  • Have professional development discussions with the team
  • Facilitate the communication between business areas, GBS and Finance teams
• Review and approve reports and activities performed by the team:
  • GMSA Revenue Recognition accounting
  • GMSA Sales Incentives accounting
  • GMSA Finished Goods accounting including aging analysis
  • GMSA Warranty
  • GMSA Accounts Receivables management (AFDA, write-off discussions)
  • Balance Sheet Variance Analysis
• Statutory Audit Reports
  • Facilitate the communication between GM teams with EY
  • Support EY on its information requests
  • Support VSM and FP&A teams on ad-hoc requests
• Coordinate with Intercompany team to clear all imbalances during the closing

Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

• Bachelor degree completed in Accounting
• Active CRC
• Accounting or financial analysis experience
• English from intermediate level

• Proficiency in ERP accounting software’s (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
• Master or MBA preferred
