We are currently recruiting a new Account Senior in Navegantes, Brazil.

Details

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join the Finance Department in Navegantes. This position will manage accounting functions in Brazil. The main responsibilities, among others, include:

• Analysis of payroll variations.
• Bank reconciliation analysis.
• Accounting of receipts and payments.
• Management of collections (Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable).
• Issuance of invoices and credit notes (Bank Payment Slips).
• Collection, management, and filing of invoices and receipts.
• Entry of notes in the SAP system.
• Verification control with accounting and tax invoices.

Who are we looking for?

• Studies in Business Administration, Economy or similar.
• 5 years of experience in accounting.
• Intermediate/advanced level of spoken and written English.
• Knowledge of Office 365.
• SAP experiencie will be a plus.
