A dynamic tech company is seeking a results-driven, trilingual Account Executive to drive growth across the Americas, particularly focusing on the Brazilian market. The role entails managing the entire revenue pipeline, leading contract negotiations, and engaging with high-intent prospects. Role Objective UserGuiding is looking for a results-driven, trilingual Account Executive to spearhead our growth across the Americas. Your primary mission is to lead our expansion in the Brazilian market, while also capturing opportunities in North America and Spanish-speaking LATAM.
You will own the entire revenue pipeline for your region, serving as the primary point of contact for prospects from their first discovery call to their final signature.
1. Full-Cycle Sales & Closing
Execute Inbound / Outbound : Manage inbound leads and signups from Brazil, the US, and LATAM. Perform high-impact discovery calls and tailored product demos.
Negotiation & Closing : Lead contract negotiations and overcome objections to convert signups into long-term partners.
Cross-Regional Support : While focused on Brazil (Portuguese), you will leverage your time to handle inbound calls and outreach for the US (English) and other LATAM countries (Spanish).
2. Pipeline Generation & Outreach
Proactive Prospecting : Engage with high-intent signups and conduct outbound outreach to key decision-makers (Product People and UX Designers).
Event Advocacy : Attend and represent UserGuiding at major industry events and meetups in Brazil to build a self-sustaining pipeline.
Thought Leadership : Regularly share insights, product updates, and industry trends to build a personal brand that attracts inbound interest on LinkedIn.
3. Strategy & CRM Excellence
Market Insights : Feed local market trends and customer needs back to our Product and Marketing teams to help refine our messaging in the region.
Hubspot Management : Maintain 100% CRM accuracy, ensuring all deals are properly forecasted and followed up on.
Experience : 2–4 years of experience in a sales-centric role, with at least 1 year specifically as an Account Executive within a B2B SaaS startup.
Linguistic Versatility :
Portuguese : Native-level (Primary market focus).
English : Professional fluency (Internal coordination & North American deals).
Spanish : High proficiency (Managing Spanish-speaking LATAM territories).
Skills : Strong consultative selling skills, public speaking confidence, and the ability to navigate a "no-code" technical environment. We don't want someone to show our playground in the first minute. Our sales calls should be in the interview format.
Sales : Hubspot CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, Apollo.io, CloudTalk, Instantly
Comm : Google Meet, Loom (for video demos), Slack.
Base Salary : Competitive fixed monthly salary.
Variable Bonus : Uncapped quarterly bonuses based on New Business Revenue (NBR) and pipeline targets.
