Work location: Home Bakery Ras Al Khaimah, Al Hamra Mall.

This position plays a crucial role by delivering a positive dining experience to guests and providing excellent customer service in the restaurant.

• Ensure guests have a positive dining experience by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and attending to customer needs.
• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, take orders, and provide recommendations when needed.
• Follow the steps of service and all SOPs as per the mini manual booklet.
• Prepare and serve food & beverages as per company standards.
• Upsell products and promote special items to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the waiter station, packaging materials, and storage areas.
• Handle customer rejection/complaints in an open and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
• Manage revenues: issue receipts, accept payments, and return change.
• Clean tables or counters after customers have finished dining, and maintain a clean work surface behind counters.
• Coordinate with trainees, kitchen staff, and barista staff to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the well-being of customers and colleagues.
• Adhere to the company grooming standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in the hospitality/restaurant industry in the UAE.
