We are seeking a professional, high-energy, and guest-oriented Female Waiter to join our team at the Golden Fork, located in the vibrant Ibis Styles Jumeirah. As the face of our seafood dining experience, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring our guests enjoy the freshest flavors of the sea in a welcoming atmosphere.

Core Responsibilities
  • Expert Guest Handling: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage seating efficiently, and maintain a high level of hospitality throughout the dining experience.
  • Menu Expertise: Provide detailed information on our seafood offerings, including catch of the day, preparation methods (grilled, fried, steamed), and allergen information.
  • Precision Communication: Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special dietary requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen team.
  • Table Management: Maintain a clean and organized dining area. This includes timely table setting, clearing (bussing), and polishing glassware/cutlery.
  • Upselling: Suggest appetizers, signature seafood platters, and beverages to enhance the guest experience and increase restaurant revenue.
  • Billing: Process payments accurately and handle guest feedback with grace and professionalism.
Shift Details
  • Duration: 10 hours per shift.
  • Environment: A fast-paced, high-standard hospitality setting within a prominent hotel brand.
