A luxury brand in the automotive industry is seeking a Used Car Sales Manager to enhance used vehicle sales through the dealer channel, managing the full trade cycle with effective used vehicle sales strategies. The role involves establishing robust programmes and processes for sustainable growth, aiming for used cars to represent 33% of dealer sales in the MENA region.

The Used Car Manager will deploy the ‘Approved’ Programme at the market level. This high-visibility role across the MENA region requires interfacing with all levels of Importer and Dealer management. The position is primarily office-based, with significant time spent working directly with regional markets.

Preference will be given to candidates available on short notice and based in the region, ideally in the UAE.

• Define, develop, and implement strategic and tactical marketing initiatives to increase market share, brand awareness, consideration, and loyalty.
• Develop and deliver marketing campaigns to support profitable business growth.
• Collaborate with Regional Business Managers to ensure an integrated approach to regional marketing, following group processes and guidelines regarding Brand, Advertising, and Marketing budgets.
• Manage the Approved Programme across the MENA region.
• Serve as the key regional contact for central used car operations.
• Monitor and track KPIs related to used vehicle sales across the region.
• Deploy and audit used vehicle sales processes and standards.
• Develop used vehicle competency training across the MENA network.
• Manage and audit retail representation standards.
• Develop and implement ‘Approved’ branding and POS marketing strategies.
