Job summary

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to generate appointments and market services.
- Perform lead generation activities including sending direct emails.

Skills
We're looking for a confident and highly motivated individual that's interested in a great entry level telemarketer/ lead generator opportunity. As an entry level telemarketer/ lead generator you will make outbound calls to generate appointments and market insurance products or services within the community.
- Be outstanding at relationship building.
- LinkedIn Professional user – social sales, relation/network building
- Calling prospects, send direct emails and perform other lead generation activities.
- Maintains phone time or sales as determined by management requirements.
- Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
- Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Create relationships from a cold start.
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- Must be highly and eager to learn.

- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Sales Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
- Telemarketing: 1 year (Required)
- English
- Bilingual Is a plus (Arabic)
