Key Responsibilities
Advanced Lead Management
  • Handle premium leads and high-potential prospects.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis through consultative calling.
  • Nurture leads through multiple touchpoints across the sales cycle.
  • Convert qualified leads into site visit bookings and sales.
  • Handle warm leads from digital campaigns requiring immediate attention.
  • Close telesales deals for higher ticket products.
  • Close token amount on call and achieve client’s commitment.
  • Upsell and cross-sell across project portfolio.
  • Handle objections and negotiations at advanced level.
  • Achieve monthly revenue and conversion targets.
  • Re‑engage cold and dormant leads from database.
Team Support & Mentoring
  • Guide and mentor Junior Telesales Agents.
  • Share best practices and successful calling scripts.
  • Conduct call quality monitoring and provide feedback.
  • Assist in training new team members.
  • Handle escalations from junior team members.
Strategy & Optimization
  • Provide insights on lead quality and source effectiveness.
