Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Officer- Customer Service to join our dynamic team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our customer service department, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our clients, handling inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

  • Actively sell and cross-sell banking products and services to new and existing customers
  • Process and assess customer requests, including account openings, online banking applications, and loan product applications
  • Educate customers about automated channels such as ATM, call center, and online banking services
  • Attract new customers through personal relations and existing customer referrals
  • Meet individual sales targets and participate in daily retail sales team meetings
  • Achieve monthly targets for onboarding customers to online and mobile banking applications
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and contribute to achieving Net Promoter Score (NPS) targets
  • Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries forwarded from the call center
  • Collaborate with colleagues and internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues
  • Complete mandatory training programs to stay updated on bank products and services
  • Adhere to bank policies, processes, and procedures, both internal and external
