Job summary
A premium dental clinic in Dubai is seeking a Sales Manager to build and structure the sales department. You will establish sales funnels, metrics, and KPIs, aiming to enhance conversion rates. The ideal candidate has experience in the medical field, particularly dentistry, and has a results-driven approach. Candidates should preferably be based in Dubai, although remote applicants with a strong track record may also be considered.
Qualifications
- Experience in the medical field, preferably within dentistry.
- Proven track record of building or restructuring a sales department.
- Understanding of the premium segment.
Responsibilities
- Build and structure the sales department for a premium dental clinic.
- Set up the sales funnel, scripts, KPIs, metrics, and control systems.
- Increase conversion rates and lifetime value.
