We are currently recruiting for a Strategy Manager to be based in Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives while keeping a pulse on current cultural trends and technological advancements.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategy, demonstrating a keen understanding of the intersection between tech and culture.
- Collaborate with leadership and various departments to align strategies and initiatives, contributing creative ideas that enhance our approach.
- Conduct regular assessments of strategic projects and report on progress to stakeholders, presenting findings in a visually appealing and engaging manner.
- Identify growth opportunities and recommend actionable initiatives based on emerging marketing trends.
- Facilitate strategic planning sessions and workshops, encouraging brainstorming and creative thinking among team members.
- Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as necessary.
- Ensure effective communication of strategic goals and initiatives across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or a related field;
- 2+ years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in strategic frameworks and tools (e.g., SWOT analysis, Porter's Five Forces).
