Qualifications

• At least 6 years of related business valuation experience or 3-5 years with a graduate degree.
• Proven record on solving complex problems and managing projects.
• Experience reporting to Director/Partner, handling business valuation and capital allocation.

Responsibilities

• Work on commercial issues in acquisition process and transformation plans.
• Regularly undertake valuations for strategic priorities.
• Advise on valuation issues related to acquisitions or restructurings.
