A leading real estate company in Dubai is seeking a highly driven Real Estate Sales Manager. This role involves leading and mentoring a sales team, managing operations, and developing strategies to boost revenue growth. The ideal candidate should possess 3 to 5 years of experience in real estate sales, exhibit strong leadership qualities, and demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills. Familiarity with the Dubai/GCC property market is essential, along with the ability to maintain strong client relationships. RERA certification is a plus.
We are looking for a highly driven Real Estate Sales Manager to lead our sales team and accelerate revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, driving performance, and guiding a team of property consultants to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
This role requires strong leadership, a deep understanding of the Dubai/GCC real estate market, and the ability to develop strategies that increase lead conversions and elevate team productivity.
Minimum 3 to 5 years of real estate sales experience in Dubai or GCC.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-management capabilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Deep understanding of Dubai/GCC property market, developers, and trends.
Ability to build trust-based relationships with clients and investors.
Comfortable using CRM systems, lead-tracking tools, and digital sales platforms.
Professional attitude, strong work ethic, and results-driven mindset.
Valid UAE driving license preferred.
RERA certification is an advantage.
