We're Hiring: Full-Time Remote Marketing Assistant (Gen Z only)

📍Remote | 💼 Full-time

Project Nomad is looking for a content-first, creative, organized Marketing Assistant to join our chaos-loving, patch-powered, and performance-driven team. If Canva is your second language, you can edit a Reel in your sleep, and you've got a love for adventure, you might just be the one.

Responsibilities

• Edit visuals using Canva (banners, posts, stories, promos)
• Schedule and manage Instagram, Facebook, maybe TikTok via Blaze.ai
• Draft captions, hook ideas, and storyboards based on brand moodboards and vibe
• Create Meta & Google ads focused on website conversions
• Send collaboration emails for custom bags, events, tactical patches, and more
• Coordinate photoshoots (remotely or locally)
• Support with Amazon & Google ad optimization later on
• Occasionally respond to DMs/comments if needed
• Be our second brain: organized, responsive, and goal-oriented

Success

• High-quality creative output, speed, consistency, and initiative
• ROI from ad spend, website traffic & conversions
• Weekly feedback calls & independent task handling

Skills

You’re a fit if you are...

• A Gen Z creative who’s obsessed with cool content, but also very organized
• Comfortable using Canva and Meta Business Suite, other tools are a plus.
• Based anywhere, but ideally know what clicks in Lebanon / UAE / GCC
• Not afraid to pitch new ideas, run with tasks, and get things done!
• Fluent in English, Arabic is a big plus
• Available full-time, starting Jan 1 (we'll onboard you before)
