Job summary
A leading engineering and contracting company in Dubai is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of major construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, along with 10-15 years of experience in project management within the construction industry. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for managing diverse stakeholders and ensuring project adherence to budget and timelines. This role offers a competitive salary between AED 30,000 - 35,000 per month.
Qualifications
- 10-15 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and standards.
- PMP certification is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of project execution from initiation to handover.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare and present regular project reports to senior management and stakeholders.
