We are searching for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in El-Fujairah. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in sales, strong communication and networking skills, and the ability to think strategically while understanding customer needs.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational objectives
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, market research and other methods
- Manage effective customer relationships through regular communication and visits
- Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts
- Identify emerging markets, trends, industry opportunities and target customers
- Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
- Report on the status of the organization's products, services and markets
- Identify new markets for product lines based on customer feedback
- Proven success as a Sales Manager or similar role in a related field such as sales or marketing
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills with strong negotiation abilities
- Ability to develop innovative strategies for increasing profits

Salary: 1700 AED per month. We are willing to consider applications from foreign candidates.
