You will be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations.
The Director of Operations is responsible for functioning as both the Business Manager and a Marketing Specialist for the hotel operations, ensuring that the entire hotel operation—including Rooms, outlets, and Banquets—runs successfully, in accordance with the hotel's standards, and remains individually profitable.
Ideally, candidates should have a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management. A minimum of 2 years of work experience as Director of Operations, or Assistant Director of Operations in a large property, is required. Strong operational, administrative, financial, and interpersonal skills are essential.
