The candidate will be responsible for quality management systems, conduct inspections, monitor compliance, and train staff in quality and hygiene protocols. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in a related field, extensive experience in Quality Control, and knowledge of ISO standards. This role is essential for ensuring product integrity and fostering customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 7 years in Quality Control or Quality Assurance, 3 years' experience in retail, FMCG, or food manufacturing.
• ISO 9001, ISO 45001 & ISO 14001 regulations.
• Understanding of food handling, storage, and contamination prevention.
• Data analysis & reporting, and documentation management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and maintaining Quality Control procedures.
• Conduct routine quality inspections in stores.
• Monitor product storage and handling procedures.
• Coordinate with store teams to resolve quality-related issues.
• Conduct training for store staff on quality and hygiene standards.
