A leading communication solutions provider is seeking an experienced individual to manage the recruitment and development of Radio Channel Partners in Dubai. Responsibilities include formulating sales strategies, identifying sales opportunities, and managing partner relationships. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and Arabic, have a strong background in channel sales, and be able to work effectively under pressure. The role also focuses on the development of new channels dedicated to prospecting and identifying mid and high tier partners and system integrators specifically entering new competitive accounts.

The main role of this position is the recruitment acquisition development retention and management of Radio Channel Partners; both Resellers and Distributors within the Middle East region. This role will manage all aspects of the relationship between Motorola Solutions and those including all commercial and support facets enabling them to develop and grow successful independent businesses through the reselling of the Motorolas Radio Solutions portfolio.
