Job description
Job Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve corporate goals.
    Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  2. Sales Management: Oversee the sales team and set targets to achieve sales objectives.
    Monitor sales performance and analyze sales metrics to provide insights and recommendations.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
    Address client needs, concerns, and feedback to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  4. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to assess demand, price levels, and competitor activity.
    Identify target markets and develop approaches to penetrate those markets.
  5. Financial Management: Prepare budgets and forecasts related to commercial activities.
    Monitor financial performance and ensure profitability by analyzing revenue and cost drivers.
  6. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners to secure advantageous terms.
    Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and resolve any disputes that arise.
  7. Collaboration with Departments: Work closely with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure alignment in strategies and activities.
    Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to execute commercial initiatives effectively.
  8. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales and commercial teams to enhance performance.
    Conduct training and development programs to improve team skills and knowledge.
  9. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present reports on commercial activities, sales performance, and market trends to senior management.
    Maintain accurate records of sales forecasts, contracts, and client interactions.
  10. Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to commercial activities and develop strategies to mitigate them.
    Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in all business dealings.
