Key Account Specialist
Reports to Regional Corporate Manager
Job Purpose
The Key Account Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining long-term relationships with a portfolio of key HORECA and corporate clients. The role driving account growth, identifying new business opportunities, ensuring client satisfaction, and supporting operational efficiency across the sales cycle.
Key Accountabilities
Account Management
- Manage a portfolio of assigned key accounts, ensuring continuous engagement, high satisfaction, and repeat business.
- Serve as the point of contact for client inquiries and act as the liaison between internal departments and clients.
- Handle end-to-end order management, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery in coordination with logistics, operations, and finance.
Business Development
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and actively pursue upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
- Support the acquisition of new clients by participating in sales pitches, product presentations, and follow-up communication.
- Participate in trade shows, corporate gifting campaigns, and client events to promote Bateel’s products and services.
Sales Operations Support
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports in alignment with B2B standards.
- Maintain up-to-date client files, sales records, and CRM data.
- Assist in tracking monthly and quarterly performance, variance to target, and forecasting demand trends.
Market Intelligence
- Support the collection of market feedback from clients and provide insights to the Sales Manager for business planning.
- Monitor competitor activity in key accounts and recommend actions to maintain Bateel’s positioning.
Customer Experience
- Ensure consistent and high-quality service standards across all client touchpoints.
- Resolve client complaints effectively and in coordination with internal departments.
- Support the execution of bespoke requests or custom product orders in line with brand guidelines.

Experience requirement
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B or HORECA sales, client servicing, or account management.
- Previous experience in premium FMCG, hospitality, or food & beverage industries is preferred.
- Proficiency in verbal and written English; Arabic is a plus.
Qualification and Licenses requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Holds a valid UAE driving license.
