Key Responsibilities :
- Lead, mentor and support a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow property listings and close deals
- Set individual and team performance goals; monitor KPIs and provide regular feedback
- Recruit, train and onboard new agents to strengthen the sales force
- Oversee property listings, marketing efforts, client presentations, and negotiations
- Ensure agents comply with real estate laws, regulations, and ethical standards
- Maintain strong client relationships and handle high-value transactions as needed
- Monitor local market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies
- Prepare regular performance reports and present insights to management
Requirements : Visa : Own Visa
- Proven experience as a sales manager; minimum of 3 years in Real Estate
- Strong leadership, motivational, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of local real estate markets, trends and laws
- Exceptional negotiation, organizational, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate or a related field (preferred)
