A leading design consultancy in Dubai is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Contracts Manager to manage projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in architecture or design, excellent knowledge of FIDIC contracts, and the ability to deliver high-quality projects. This role demands strong organizational and communication skills. At the same time, it offers an opportunity to work on diverse architectural projects.

The ideal candidate will be able to take a project from inception to completion and should have the following qualities and skills:
- Suitable candidates will come from a background ofArchitecture, Design, Construction, Contracts Management field
- Excellent knowledge of FIDIC Forms of Contract
- Contract Review / Consultancy Agreement Review
- Procurement / Appointment of Sub-Consultants
- Project Delivery / Project Management
- Project Scheduling Experience
- Strong organization and communication skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Variations, Disputes & Claims Management
