Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant | Private Property | Dubai

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a highly polished and experienced Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant for a prominent private household in Dubai. This role is suited to a professional who has supported UHNW individuals or top-tier corporate executives, and who is accustomed to delivering service at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the principal

Manage complex calendars, travel itineraries, and daily schedules

Coordinate meetings, appointments, and communications with external contacts

Handle confidential documents and correspondence with utmost discretion

Assist with project management and personal tasks as required

Liaise with internal departments and external service providers on behalf of the principal

Ensure seamless organisation of both business and personal affairs

Requirements :

Previous experience as a PA or EA to UHNW individuals or senior corporate executives

Highly professional demeanour with exceptional grooming and presentation

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Well-travelled with a global mindset and cultural awareness

Discreet, organised, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure

Strong administrative, problem-solving, and time management abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools

Package Includes :

Live-in accommodation provided by the company

30 days of paid leave after 12 months of continuous service

One return flight to home port per year after 12 months of service
