Job summary
A leading construction firm in Abu Dhabi seeks a highly skilled Civil Foreman to oversee civil infrastructure maintenance projects. The candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. Responsibilities include supervising daily activities, managing crews, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and reporting on project progress. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and 7+ years of experience. A valid UAE Driving License is a must.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in civil infrastructure maintenance projects.
- Proven track record of successful project completion.
- Valid UAE Driving License required.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily infrastructure maintenance activities onsite.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, local building codes, and company policies.
- Monitor and report on project progress, including budget and schedule updates.

Education
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Foreman to join our team in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing civil infrastructure maintenance projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Supervise and coordinate daily infrastructure maintenance activities onsite
- Interpret and implement project plans blueprints and specifications
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations local building codes and company policies
- Manage and motivate construction crews to maximize productivity and efficiency
- Coordinate with project managers engineers and subcontractors to resolve issues and maintain project timelines
- Conduct regular quality control inspections and implement corrective actions as needed
- Monitor and report on project progress including budget and schedule updates
- Identify and requisition necessary materials equipment and resources for projects
- Implement and maintain proper safety protocols on the construction site
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Bachelors degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 57 years of experience in civil infrastructure maintenance projects with a proven track record of successful project completion
- Valid UAE Driving License
