Position Overview: We are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives. In this role, you will develop and execute marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement. You will work closely with our leadership team to craft compelling campaigns and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive growth.
• Create multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, content, email, and events.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Create marketing materials, including content, collateral, and promotional assets.
• Manage the company’s online presence, including website, social media, and SEO.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and report on campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and customer success.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, partners, and industry influencers.
• Plan and execute events, webinars, and conferences to promote the company.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the SaaS or PropTech industry.
• Strong understanding of the Middle East and Africa property markets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM, marketing automation, and analytics.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills relevant to the region are a plus.
