Summary

We are looking for a passionate and strategic Marketing Manager EEMEA – Trauma, who is ready to make a real impact. In this high-visibility role, you will shape the growth of a key portfolio, lead a talented team, and drive innovative marketing initiatives across a diverse and fast-growing region. You will work closely with sales, distributors, global marketing and top surgeons to strengthen our market leadership and bring meaningful solutions to patients.

What you will do
  • Lead the development and execution of marketing plans aligned with country, regional and global strategies.

  • Drive market analysis, competitive insights, product positioning, launches and lifecycle management for the Trauma portfolio.

  • Partner with Country Managers, Business Development Managers and sales teams to define priorities, support commercial execution and strengthen customer engagement.

  • Manage, coach and develop Product Managers and Marketing Specialists, setting clear objectives and ensuring strong performance.

  • Develop impactful marketing tools, promotional materials, training programs and digital content to support sales effectiveness.

  • Build strong relationships with surgeons, customers and KOLs to reinforce Stryker’s market leadership.

  • Ensure high-quality execution of events, congresses and marketing activities, including budget management and compliance.

  • Collaborate closely with EEMEA central marketing and global teams to align strategies and share market intelligence.

  • Budgetary management for all marketing activities initiated (liaising with Country Manager and with support from Finance where required).

  • To be aware of and to support continuously the development and implementation of the company quality system.

  • Full discipline with all corporate compliance policies with regard to interaction with HCP & ICs.

What you need
  • 8+ years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a Marketing Manager role.

  • Bachelor’s degree is required. MBA is a plus.

  • Background in MedTech or B2B healthcare with a proven track record of driving growth.

  • In depth knowledge of effective marketing strategies and market access requirements for countries in Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa.

  • Full management experience leading teams and developing talent.

  • Strong strategic mindset, analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems.

  • Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally, manage multiple priorities.

  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

  • High integrity, strong organizational skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
