Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Specialist, Paid Ads with a strong emphasis on Google Ads and retargeting campaigns to join our advertising team. The ideal candidate must bring at least 4 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns, particularly within the Google Ads ecosystem. You will be instrumental in executing scalable ad strategies that drive results across multiple digital platforms.
- Develop, manage, and scale paid advertising campaigns focusing on Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube).
- Execute high-converting retargeting and remarketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to optimize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with design and content teams to develop effective ad creatives and landing pages.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to meet performance targets (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.).
- Produce weekly and monthly reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
- Stay updated with platform capabilities, ad policies, and industry best practices.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns and retargeting ads.
- Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads Manager.
- Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics and optimization techniques.
- Strong proficiency in conversion tracking, audience creation, and retargeting strategies.
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and heatmaps for campaign analysis.
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools such as N8n and Make.com to streamline ad operations and reporting.
- Fluency in Arabic (spoken and written) is required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications.
- Experience in programmatic advertising and demand-side platforms (DSPs).
- Knowledge of CRM and automation tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zapier.
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and lead generation funnels.
