Zusammenfassung
A global hospitality company is seeking a Food & Beverage Head Host for their Pool Bar in Ras Al Khaimah. This role involves managing guest queries, ensuring knowledge of menu offerings, and adhering to Hilton's grooming standards. Ideal candidates should possess good communication skills and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service, along with flexibility in responding to diverse work situations. A degree in a relevant area and experience in the Food and Beverage industry are advantageous.
Qualifikationen
- Experience in Food and Beverage department and/or industry.
- Previous experience of cash handling.
- Knowledge of Food Hygiene Regulations.
Aufgaben
- Manage guest queries in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner.
- Ensure knowledge of menu and all products.
- Follow correct reporting procedures if faced with issues.
- Practice Hilton Grooming standards including uniform dress code, cleanliness and personal hygiene.
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation.
