Job description

We are seeking an exceptionally capable and experienced Senior Executive Assistant (Arabic proficiency is a must) to support the CEO of a leading organisation in the Oil & Gas sector.

This role is a high-responsibility, fast-paced, confidential, and business‑critical position that requires someone who can operate at an executive level.

The EA will act as the central coordination point for the CEO & CFOs office, managing complex workflows, preparing high‑level communication, handling sensitive information, and ensuring seamless interaction with Board members, government entities, JV partners, industry stakeholders, and senior internal leaders.

You must be someone who thrives in demanding environments, works with absolute discretion, and can anticipate needs before they arise. Flexibility beyond standard hours is expected, as the role involves managing dynamic schedules, urgent priorities, and occasionally time‑sensitive requests.

What You Will Do
  • Manage complex calendars, schedules, and meetings for the CEO/C‑suite
  • Coordinate international and local travel full itinerary planning
  • Handle correspondence, draft letters, reports, presentations
  • Liaise with internal teams, board members, government entities & external partners
  • Organize and support Executive Committee meetings (agendas, minutes, action tracking)
  • Maintain confidential files, documents, and communication flows
  • Provide translation support (English & Arabic) when required
  • Support commercial, NBD, and legal departments with documentation and coordination
  • Ensure smooth day‑to‑day functioning of the executive office
What We're Looking For
  • 7+ years of experience as an EA supporting senior executives
  • Experience in Oil & Gas / EPC / Construction / Engineering companies
  • Strong communication skills in English & Arabic is essential
  • Excellent MS Office skills and professional business writing abilities
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work beyond standard hours when required
  • Ability to travel as required (not frequently)
Location

Sharjah & DIFC (should be ok with both locations, depending on which office the CEO/CFO is on the day)
