Job Description:
The Executive Chef will oversee all kitchen operations and be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food is served consistently. This includes developing menu items, managing staff, ordering food supplies, managing costs and budgets, and ensuring all health & safety standards are met. The Executive Chef will also work closely with other departments such as marketing and sales to ensure customer satisfaction.
