A corporate service provider in Dubai is looking for a detail-oriented Company Secretary Officer to manage corporate secretarial engagements, ensure compliance with UAE laws, and support client interactions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, at least 2 years of relevant corporate secretarial experience, and strong knowledge of UAE regulations. This position involves significant client interaction and requires excellent English communication skills. A positive and solutions-oriented attitude will thrive in our multicultural team environment.
Formación
Minimum of 2 years’ professional experience in corporate secretarial work, with experience in UAE company secretary and compliance.
Strong knowledge of UAE corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
Proven career stability, preferably with 2–4 years of continuous service at a single employer.
Responsabilidades
Oversee and manage corporate secretarial engagements for UAE-based clients.
Ensure clients meet their statutory obligations under UAE laws.
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients on corporate secretarial matters.
