Job summary
A recruitment consultancy seeks a Bilingual Administrative Coordinator in Al Ain. Responsibilities include implementing administrative systems, overseeing events, and managing office services. Our client, a growing organization, is urgently looking for a Bilingual Administrative Coordinator who will be based in their newly set up office in Al Ain. The candidate will be responsible for providing office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures and policies and monitoring administrative projects and maintaining suggestion programs. Also, he will be responsible for the looking after the operation of any events organized in their office. He will be working from 8:30AM to 5:00PM, Sunday through Thursday and directly reporting to the Head of General Services.
To be considered, you should be a degree holder with minimum 5 years of experience in administration coupled with background in events management. You should presentable, smart, confident and switched on individual who can thrive in a pressurized work environment. You should be willing to work in Al Ain and open to work even on weekends and longer hours, when and if required.
