A prestigious law firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Corporate Associate with at least two years of experience in M&A, Private Equity, and Venture Capital. The ideal candidate should be an England & Wales qualified lawyer with a background in top law firms. This position offers an opportunity to work on significant corporate matters within a leading firm.
Competenze
- Minimum two years of experience in corporate law from a top US or Magic Circle firm.
- Experience in the UAE or London is preferred.

Charterhouse are working with a highly prestigious US Law Firm based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Our client is looking to hire a 2 3 PQE Corporate Associate who has experience advising on the full spectrum of Corporate matters including M&A, PE and Venture Capital.
The work will include advising on matters related to M&A, PE and VC.
To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will be England & Wales qualified lawyer with a minimum of two years of experience from a top US or a Magic Circle firm in either the UAE or in London.
