Job summary

A leading financial institution in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Compliance Monitoring Analyst to implement a robust Compliance Monitoring Program. Responsibilities include conducting customer name screening, analyzing alerts for potential sanctions, and ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of banking experience, a bachelor's degree, and be well-versed in KYC/AML processes. This is a full-time position with no remote work option.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a reputed bank.
• 2 years of experience in a Customer Screening role is preferred.
• Certification in compliance or KYC/AML is advantageous.
• Positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of the Compliance strategy within the First Line of Defense.
• Conduct Sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in screening processes.
• Work closely with the Technology Data & Reporting Team for KPIs.
