Job description
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 11 years of experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting or media.
  • Ability to communicate in Russian and English fluently, in order to communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
  • 6 years of experience in people management with proven experience in leading and building dynamic sales teams of highly advanced advertisers.
  • Experience working with or reporting to C suites.
  • Experience in business management across product, platform, or agency environments.
  • Excellent commercial acumen with a proven track record of success in business management.

As an Industry Head you will lead a high-performing sales team, fostering talent development and managing client relationships both collaboratively and separately. Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing sales team specializing in working with global technology performance clients, focusing on talent development and management of client relationships. Drive the sales team towards substantial business growth, prioritizing client satisfaction and partnership development.
  • Develop and strengthen C-level relationships with clients and partners.
  • Motivate the team to demonstrate excellent business skills through client interaction, leading high-impact pitches, and initiating conversations.
  • Design and execute tailored business plans, account plans, and strategies, helping clients achieve their goals, leveraging advanced technology and data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate and lead cross-functional teams to solve tests and drive growth.
