About the Role

As a Growth Analyst at SUMWON STUDIOS, you will merge growth strategy with business intelligence expertise to identify opportunities, optimize user journeys, and support the company’s rapid scale-up. You’ll turn raw data into compelling insights that drive acquisition, retention, top-line performance, and brand impact.

What you'll do

Growth Funnel & Campaign Analytics

  • Track and analyze funnel metrics, campaign performance, churn, cohort behavior, and LTV. Spot bottlenecks and leakage across channels.

Dashboards & Reporting

  • Build and maintain BI dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker to track KPIs like conversion, acquisition cost, retention, SKU revenue, and campaign ROI.

E‑Commerce Performance Analysis

  • Analyze sales, traffic, and customer behavior via analytics platforms. Recommend merchandising and pricing optimizations based on data.

Experimentation & A/B Testing

  • Lead and analyze A/B tests or multi-arm experiments to optimize product pages, pricing strategies, and UX.

Strategic Insights

  • Provide competitive and trend analysis to support growth strategy in fast-moving fashion.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Work with Marketing, Product, Merchandising, Finance, and Creative teams to align insights with business goals.

Data Quality & Governance

  • Maintain high standards of data accuracy, consistency, documentation, and governance.
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Keep up with BI best practices, fashion e‑commerce trends, and analytics innovations to drive competitive edge.

What you’ll bring

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or related field. Master’s is a plus.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in BI/data analysis; ideally within e‑commerce, retail, or fashion platforms.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Looker, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong critical thinking, pattern recognition, and KPI-driven mindset.
  • Communication: Excellent ability to present data-driven stories and translate insights into impactful business actions.
  • Collaboration & Agility: Comfortable in fast-paced, cross-functional, goal-oriented environments.
  • Attention to Detail: Rigorous in ensuring data quality and analysis accuracy.
