As an Industry Head you will lead a high-performing sales team, fostering talent development and managing client relationships both collaboratively and separately. You will demonstrate excellent business skills through direct client interaction, leading difficult pitches, and initiating high-level conversations. You will play a crucial role in the local Sales leadership team and community, bringing and building a growth mindset, influencing and implementing growth strategies. You will motivate the team to set high account plans and execute strategies, helping and inspiring clients to achieve their objectives and to be successful in a world of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions using Google's products and services.

  • Develop and strengthen C-level relationships with clients and partners.
  • Motivate the team to demonstrate excellent business skills through client interaction, leading high-impact pitches, and initiating conversations.
  • Design and execute tailored business plans, account plans, and strategies, helping clients achieve their goals, leveraging advanced technology and data-driven insights.
  • Collaborate and lead cross-functional teams to solve tests and drive growth.
