About the role : as an experienced Senior Product Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products for Business Events across various countries.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Define the product strategy and roadmap in close collaboration with the senior management team and other key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the organization’s objectives;
  • Lead the Business Events team towards achieving the goal;
  • Drive the development of innovative products and services, establishing new unique selling propositions in key markets and ensuring differentiation from competitors;
  • Maintain comprehensive visibility of product operations and growth, facilitating timely data-informed decisions across the organization;
  • Develop and manage the end-to-end process for collecting business requirements, incorporating inputs from Executives, and ensuring comprehensive understanding and alignment;
  • Work collaboratively with the product development team to validate and deliver successful products through design, build, test, release, and maintenance while ensuring revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction goals are met;
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our data and analytics to incorporate into product planning;
  • Communicate the state of projects across;
  • Conduct and analyze various A / B testing use cases and optimizations to improve conversions.

Requirements

  • 4-5+ years experience in product management, preferably Ticketing and Business Events;
  • English and Russian proficiency is a must;
  • Experience in A / B testing;
  • Experienced with agile planning, development, and communication management tools : JIRA, Slack, and similar;
  • Experienced working as part of a distributed & remote team;
  • A great sense for business, technology, and UX -with proven ability to work with business stakeholders, and developers, in a dynamic environment;
  • Ability to ask the right questions, and use both quantitative and qualitative metrics to answer them;
  • Experience working across multiple teams and delivering platform-wide solutions would be an advantage;
  • Experience working on ticketing platforms and business events;
  • Experience working with AI-agents and LLM-models for improving process and clients features would be an advantage.

Required Skills :

  • Ability to create, maintain, and adapt product roadmaps;
  • Prioritize features based on strategic impact, user value, and ROI;
  • Translating high-level company objectives (OKRs) into actionable product / feature goals;
  • Negotiating requirements, timelines, and resources with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners;
  • Conducting user interviews, focus groups, or usability testing;
  • Understanding how web applications are structured (APIs, front-end frameworks, hosting, cloud services);
  • Proficiency in interpreting data from Google Analytics, Metabase, Looker Studio, and Excel / Google Sheets;
  • Working effectively with designers, developers, QA testers, marketing, finance, and ops teams;
  • Comfortable leading demos, retrospective sessions, and stakeholder briefings;
  • Identifying market gaps, staying current with competitor offerings, discovering strategic growth areas.
