Job Description

• Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital).
• Assist in recruitment: posting jobs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Maintain HR reports, timesheets, leave records, and attendance systems.
• Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance and leave data.
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies.
• Oversee office supplies, maintenance, and service provider coordination.
• Ensure smooth daily operations of the office environment.
• Manage administrative support for meetings, travel bookings, and staff events.
• Handle petty cash and coordinate with the accounts department for reconciliations.
• Maintain vendor relationships and contracts related to office services.
• Liaise with the company PRO for visa processing, Emirates ID, labor card, and medical test arrangements.
• Track visa renewals, labor contracts, and other government-related document expiries.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of documentation to government portals (MOHRE, GDRFA, DHA, etc.).
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements related to employee affairs in the UAE.
• Positive attitude and a proactive approach to HR challenges, contributing to a vibrant and supportive workplace culture.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar HR and administrative role in the UAE.
• Solid knowledge of UAE labor laws and government procedures.
• Familiarity with government portals like MOHRE, GDRFA, and DHA.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with HRMS is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
