A leading interior design firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced Estimator (Joinery & Office Fit-Outs) to support high-end projects. You will conduct cost estimates, prepare bids, and manage budgets while collaborating with project managers and stakeholders. Ideal candidates hold a degree in Construction Management and have strong analytical skills. Attention to detail, proficiency in estimation software, and adaptability are essential. - Proven experience as an Interior Fit Out Estimator, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proficient in estimation software and tools.

Our client, one of the leading interior design and build companies in Dubai, specializing in workspace concepts are looking to hire an Estimator (Joinery &Office Fit-Outs).
They seek a skilled Interior Fit Out Estimator with a proven background in estimating for high-end interior projects. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Construction Management or a related field, possesses strong analytical abilities, and excels in collaboration. Proficiency in estimation software, meticulous attention to detail, and effective communication skills are essential. If you bring a passion for crafting sophisticated spaces while ensuring budgetary precision.
- Conduct detailed cost estimates for interior fit-out projects, including materials, labor, and associated expenses.
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documents to ensure accurate and comprehensive cost assessments.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and constraints.
- Prepare competitive and timely bid proposals for prospective clients.
- Research and source materials, subcontractors, and vendors to obtain accurate pricing information.
- Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure cost‑effectiveness.
- Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction phase.
- Provide ongoing cost analysis and identify potential cost‑saving opportunities.
- Collaborate with project teams to address any budget variances and propose solutions.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, pricing fluctuations, and advancements in construction materials.
- Utilize market knowledge to negotiate favorable terms with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Interior Fit Out Estimator, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Proficient in estimation software and tools like Planswift etc.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills & attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
