The ideal candidate holds a degree in Construction Management or a related field, possesses strong analytical abilities, and excels in collaboration. Proficiency in estimation software, meticulous attention to detail, and effective communication skills are essential. Roles and Responsibilities

1. Estimation and Cost Analysis

• Conduct detailed cost estimates for interior fit-out projects, including materials, labor, and associated expenses.
• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documents to ensure accurate and comprehensive cost assessments.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and constraints.

2. Bid Preparation

• Prepare competitive and timely bid proposals for prospective clients.
• Research and source materials, subcontractors, and vendors to obtain accurate pricing information.
• Review and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes to ensure cost‑effectiveness.

3. Budget Management

• Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction phase.
• Provide ongoing cost analysis and identify potential cost‑saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with project teams to address any budget variances and propose solutions.

4. Industry Knowledge

• Stay abreast of industry trends, pricing fluctuations, and advancements in construction materials.

Requirements

1. Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Interior Fit Out Estimator, preferably in a similar industry.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills & attention to detail and accuracy.
