A leading logistics company based in Dubai is looking for a dedicated People Operations Specialist to manage critical tasks in HR operations. This role requires overseeing the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws, and managing employee data with a focus on accuracy. This role within the Core People Operations team manages critical People operations tasks across onboarding offboarding employee data and compliance with UAE labor law. The Specialist ensures timely delivery of high-volume tasks maintains accurate records and trackers and contributes to smoother processes through structured execution and continuous improvement.
The role will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth functioning of onboarding and offboarding processes ensuring accurate data management and timely processing of key tasks. The position involves significant interaction with internal teams such as IT Payroll & Procurement People Partners and other key stakeholders within the business.
This role will take direction from the Line manager and any other team member assigned by the line manager or HOD. Day-to-day tasks will include:
