Job summary
A leading construction and engineering firm in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented Civil Inspector to oversee on-site civil works on a tower project. This role entails ensuring compliance with project specifications and local regulations, monitoring construction activities, and coordinating with contractors. The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Civil Engineering and possess at least 5 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in towers or high-rise projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in site supervision, preferably towers/high-rise.
- Familiarity with local building codes and QA/QC protocols.
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily construction activities and report non-conformances.
- Verify work against approved drawings and materials.
- Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with contractors and consultants to resolve site issues.
