A leading global hotel chain in Ras al-Khaimah is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead a team focused on creating unforgettable guest experiences. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role and preferably at a Resort in the UAE. Skills in OPERA and a strong focus on guest satisfaction are essential. - Assist in daily Front Office Operations and guest experience.
- Supervise and delegate duties to the team.

- Focused on guest feedback and always on go to improve the guest satisfaction scores
Your experience and skills include:
- Should have min. 1 years experience in similar role.
- Previous experience in a Resort in UAE especially Accor would be preferred
- Experience with OPERA is mandatory
- Should be well versed with Front Office Operations
- Service focused personality is essential and a passion for hospitality
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
