Job summary
A hospitality group in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Floor Supervisor to manage staff and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include overseeing operations, handling customer payments, and conducting monthly inventory. Ideal candidates will have a Technical Degree in Food and Beverage or Hospitality Management plus 3-4 years of F&B experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role. This role emphasizes teamwork and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 3 - 4 years of experience in F&B operations, including 1 year in a supervisory role.
Responsibilities
- Handle customers' bill payments and address complaints.
- Oversee staff work and adherence to preparation techniques.
- Participate in achieving organizational goals and brand targets.
- Greet customers, assist with menu selection, and ensure satisfaction.
- Help with monthly inventory for brand equipment.
- Ensure proper uniform and hygiene cleanliness.
- Plan and assign tasks, set deadlines, and monitor results.
